I need a quick workout cuz I don't have much time during the day.
I dont have any dumbells or exercise equipment.

Try running. It is free and you can do it outside. Running melts off fat the fastest. It also isn't just excercise that helps you lose weight, about %75 is diet. Check below. It is such a great site on calories.

Get winsor pilates 20mn workout. Works great for me. I noticed a change in about 2 weeks.

Time to go out for a jog!

I recommend you run at least a quarter of a mile a day.

walking fast. people always make comments cause I walk like my tail is on fire but my thighs don't chaife. Well they do, but not because they're fat, I have a coke bottle shape to me rather than chicken hips where your legs are farther apart.

well get up early in the morning and run...... i know ur prob saying heck no, but to tell ya the truth it works.... or do sum other thing like leg exercises

watch the fat intake, exercise (cardio and toning).

It won't come off overnight - so be patient and consistent!

No quick fixes, sorry.

Squats are good,so is walking in place.You'll feel it working almost immediately.

walking, running and squatting will help stop the jiggle...dieting will lose the fat
