Varies greatly in different women. For me, it was like 25 to 40. But I suppose it peaked around 35. I was 38 when I met Steve, so after that it was him, not just hormones. But there definitely is a pre-menopause period where the hormones are making their last ditch attempt to make a woman a mother. Mother Nature does it that way. She drives all women mad to some degree around that time; it is major luck or good advance planning to get through that period of time smoothly.
