It's all in our perception.
We want good people to keep doing good, so it hurts when they die.
On the other hand, someone evil can't die quickly enough.
I would never advocate a woman drowning her child at birth, but if the mother was Mrs. Hitler, I'd make an exception.

First it should be there not "their". Good people die because most good people are stupid and wreckless. Most psychos are intelligent but dangerous and they're survivors.

Dont know where you get that idea... my great-grandmother was the best person I know and she lived to be 100. Hitler didnt make it that long.
