you dont know what your saying you can hear god in many ways just as you hear other in many ways.

It is only your silence and the Spirit within you, that can use and sense your own wisdom. Your Holy Spirit, will tell you, so you can remain silent and benifit complete knowledge, about God , in all ways. When writing the word God, in reference to our Heavenly Father, always put a Capital letter on the word God. The G needs to be capitalized.

If you're referring to God's apparent silence sometimes as being a reflection of His knowledge, just because He may not seem to speak to us (or not in ways or at the times we expect) does not reflect a lack of knowledge. Go to merriam webster & look up GOD for your answer. All things are relative. If you have a god or several Gods it is up to the individual as to what they want to have as a god. You can hear God through the Holy Spirit dwelling in you if you are a Christian. If you are saved or a christian, you have the holy spirit living in you. If you are not a christian, then there will be silence because you do not have the Holy Spirit dwelling in you.

I would think that among believers, God's voice lies within; it's our inner voice. So in this sense, God knows everything about each and everyone of us.
For non-believers, well, this just sounds nuts!!
