it's a six hour time difference from the East Coast of the US. So, if it's Monday at 7:00 p.m. in New York, it's Tuesday at 3:00 a.m. in Paris, France.

Since you didn't say where you are in the U.S., here's a web site that will tell you the current time in Paris:
http://www.worldtimeserver.com/current_time_in_FR.aspx
Hope that helps!
