it depends on the time zone in america you are in . aside from the time zone in mainland united states of america(pacific mountain, central and eastern time). right now in paris france it is monday august 28, 2006 12:15 am while it is sunday august 27, 2006 6:15 am in new york(eastern time).

it's a six hour time difference from the East Coast of the US. So, if it's Monday at 7:00 p.m. in New York, it's Tuesday at 3:00 a.m. in Paris, France.

I know that if its 7p.m Central time in the US its 2a.m. in Frankfurt/Germany.... Does that help? Probably not. Sorry.
