This has caused a serious problem because I have started to autimatically control it. When I want it to go on by itself, it just doesnt go right and I notice it. What do I do? At times hwne I'm just not thinking about it, I dont notice it at all. But when I think about it, it comes back. So how do I not think about it? People tell me to not think about it , but it is not possible.

if you do start thinking about it try your hardest to focus on anything else thats around you...it might be turning into a slight OCD type of thing...see a psychologist to see if they have any suggestions for stopping that...good luck!!!!

You'll get over it. Try to keep your mind engaged as much as possible and try not to focus on your focusing.
