Scrambled, esepcially with some salsa and grated cheese mixed in. Yum! I also like omeletes.

I love over easy most, but often order scrambled because it's hard to make sure the kitchen is going to get the over easy just right, without making them closer to over medium or hard.

scrambled
this is a recipe
eggs, milk (not too much) salt & pepper to taste
Intermediate:
eggs, water (very little), salsa
Italian Style:
Chop some tomatos and onion relly fine, saute them in a skillet, add scramble eggs from the basic recipe and slowly moe the mixture around on medium heat. This is my Husband's favorite

Over easy, now if they could come up with a cholesterol free egg to make them over easy instead of egg beats.

Over easy w/ lacy edges. For a sandwich, however, scrambled.
