no steriods........ Looking for some ways to increase my bench and squat without taking steriods or testasterone enhancers??

There are a lot of good supplements out there, but most are a rip-off. I have had the best results (and so have my friends) with NO2 creatine shake mix. Works ridiciously well. Drink two full glasses right before a workout (unless you going to do heavy cardio, then you will barf!).
Eat tons of protein-packed foods, like eggs, steak, and peanut butter. Peanut butter is awesome for growing muscle- get the lean kind though, otherwise it has a lot of fat. Just be sure to burn off the excess calories by working out.
Another good workout supplement I personally like is Xcience Noc-CG3 shake mix forumla- works pretty good, but more expensive than the NO2 stuff, and I personally think the NO2 works better.

If your current routine involves the "normal" 3 sets of 8 reps, take a break from it and go on a strength cycle. For at least 6 weeks, work with heavier weights for 5 sets of 5 reps with 2 minutes rest between sets. After the strength programme, go back to your normal routine and you should be noticeably stronger.
