I think these are best as leftovers, pizza, spagetti or lasagna and chili. But, I think chili especially because the leftovers always taste better. It gives the flavors more time to blend. I did just make chicken divan last week and had to eat the leftovers all week 'cause my BF hates leftovers unless it's chili.
mmmmmmmmmmm, chicken divan is sooooo good and not alot of people I know make it. WHY?

I had leftover casserole for supper. It was made with cooked sausage and pork chops (cut into bite-sized pieces) cream of mushroom soup, peas and carrots (from a package) and topped with Betty Croker Cheese and Bacon Scalloped Potatoes.

Leftover Special Casserole
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed peas and carrots, thawed
1 small onion, minced
2 cups cooked ham, diced
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add egg noodles, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until done; drain.
Layer noodles, mixed peas and carrots, onions, and ham in prepared baking dish. Mix together soup and milk, then pour mixture over casserole. Season with salt and pepper, then press with the back of a fork to help soup mixture seep through casserole layers.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and hot

Beef stew
This almost has to be eaten as a leftover because the meat gets tender and the flavors get richer overnight.

Any spaghetti or pasta dish, then usually warm it in frying pan, and scramble 3 eggs around it. Spaghetti & eggs -it is so good.

Homemade chili or stew; anything that's better when you let it sit just a little longer. Another favorite is ham and beans; that's really good the next day! Thanks for a fun question!
