I need to lose some wieght(between 30-40 pounds)and i need to lose it fast. I don't have the extra money to spend on slim-fast and things like that. I excercise, but nothing seems to work. I'm am very serious. And im not going to starve my self to death. So please give me any advice or websites that can help me out.

eat breakfast, important for metabolism and drink lots of water.... don't eat past eight pm, and eat every 2-4 hrs protein, veg. fruit , carbs limit fats, you'll loose weight do at least 1 hour a day of exercise , but make sure your heart is ok , see a physician...
