Whoa!
You're TRYING to gain weight?!
Most people would KILL to have your problem, unless it's a tapeworm.
There are healthier alternatives to gaining weight.Like the old TV commercial said.....DROP THE CHALUPA! Quit eating that garbage!Go to the grocery store.Stock up on cheap staples, like potatoes,rice,beans,etc....you know, all that starchy stuff. You can gain weight without poisoning yourself, and believe me....fast food is poison! It's OK every blue moon, but it'll kill ya if you just keep shoveling it down yer gullet! Even if you don't get fat from McDonalds it puts things in your system that just ain't conducive to good health!
You might want to check with a doctor if you're concerned about your weight. You might find that you have a fast metabolism. If so....good for you!
Also try weight training. And don't just go around trying to lift pianos and safes just because they're heavy. That's not a workout. You'll just hurt yourself.Get an excerise book or manual.Do it it right,or don't do it at all!

Uh, I would try pasta or anything with wheat and yeast... Mainly yeast. When I had to buff up to play Field Hockey, my Grandmother gave me some amazing tips! Being Italian does help, but the yeast had the best effect on my body. But, remember, exercise daily or you'll end up as another doh-person in this world!

Hope I helped, but I doubt it.

Sandwiches made with cold cuts. The bread I buy is good and costs just a $1.69 a loaf, and the lunch meat, which is also good, is just 99 cents a pack. Loaded with fat and cholesterol. Can't beat it!

Pastas and icecream. We've seen them work on Renee Zellwegger and football players alike.
