World-wide, compared to natural emissions, the total human emissions from both fossil fuel burning, land clearing and cement manufacture is tiny. The exact number are in dispute.

Deep ocean storage of carbon dioxide and the role of mineral deposits are not well understood.

The total natural emission of CO2 is 200 Gigaton/year, roughly half from ocean-atmosphere interaction, half from plants. Human emissions are 7.5 Gigaton/year, 6 from burning coal, oil and gas (either directly or indirectly) and 1-2 from deforestation. The natural emission is reabsorbed by the same source (this is called the carbon cycle), but the human production goes into the atmosphere.
