if anyone wants to open a casino in india, can it be done? is it legal?

NO ! All kinds of gamblings are NOT Legal in India. Gambling like Playwin, Lotto, Lottery, Shares, Stock Market which are licenced from govt. & on which Revenue is earned by the Govt., only those kinds are legal. Casinos's, Cards gamblings, Matka are not legal. As to the court matters, they may stand in court if it is a Legally permmitted type of a Gambling, as stated earlier....

Gambling is not Legal in India, Opening a Casino in India would not be just a Business Startup. It is not just difficult to open up a complete Gambling Business but also to sustain the Business. As there are so many groups that would've to be dealt with.

Casino in India is a difficult Legal Business Option.

no dear gambelin in india for layman is illegal.but still v indians play gambel in electing our leaders and offcourse everytime v pays much for that gambel
