all i ate yesterday was 4 french frys and a beagel

But seriously, if that's how you eat all the time, it doesn't sound healthy.

You might upset Peta if you ate a beagel taste like chicken.. uhhh i wonder come on if you dont know that is not healthy you deserve it. To answer the question NOT ENOUGH"

Now come on, why do you need us to tell you that that's not the preferred diet for Americans. Look at the food pyramid, you won't see too many french fries in there. Now it's OK to eat these things but not to pretend that there nutritious. Bagels are good for you though. Just have some fruit. You're doing fine.

I’m going to agree with most here, if this is the way you usually eat then you certainly need to add more fruits, veggies and lean meats to your diet. It’s ok every now and again to skip a meal or eat bagels and fast food—just do not make a habit out of it.

Both, sounds like bad eating habits and not enough. You need to eat 4-6 times a day, very small portions. Include fresh fruits and veggies.

Your suppose to eat 3 meals a day with snacks lyk chips or somthing. I faint lyk 5 days ago I hadent eaten for that day or when I ate i didnt get fulled up. Its best to eat and get fulled. Even if your not hungry munch on something. make or buy food that you really lyk and is good lyk chicken and rice with beans or a sandwhich. how tall are you and how much do you weigh.

You ate a beagle? good heavens, child. Why not eat some healthy stuff like salads, grilled chicken, fruit and stuff. Even if you meant bagel and french fries, it is still not healthy cuz its all carbs, and nothing really healthy!

Pizza and cake are definitely more fattening than 4 french fries and a bagel .

Both. Check out the food pyramid and eat a variety of fruits, veggies, yogurt, cheese, eggs, etc.

You look like a growing girl, and you need a variety of nutrients to make you grow strong and healthy.

Do your parents/guardians know what you're eating?

Talk to them, or your school nurse. Think of your body as a car, and you need gas to run it! Take care of yourself.

Bad and not enough.

All you ate were starchy carbs and fat. Where is your protein? What about veggies? Vitamins?

Try looking at the food pyramid to get a better idea of how you should be eating.
