He is a little dog, a Shitzou, and he used to like to be indoors. Now he always wants to be outside.

Just stay inside with him ore. I mean sit with him. If you have lots of toys pull themout and play withhim more and more until he would rather stay indoors instead of out side. If you have a fence yeard and the days its not hot then leave him outs ide only part of the day so this away he knos that he cannot stay outside all day. I mean train him little by little take himoutside and time how long you want your dog to stay outside each and every day and stick with that time. If you want him to gou out in themnorning what time and for how long do this everyday and you will see that he will know how long you would want him outside. I mean youh ave to stick with it each and everyday. Good luck.

A Shih Tzu generally craves human companionship. Are you pretty busy right now? Try playing more games such as ball inside together and sitting down cuddling on the couch. It is hard for any dog to resist soaking up the sun right now. Be patient!
