Holy crap whatever you do, don't use peroxide on your hair...I did it once when I was 13...big mistake! My hair is really dark brown and it came out a coppery orange color, I kinda liked it because I was totaly into the whole skater scene (this was ofcourse 13 years ago) but it also killed my hair. It dried it out and it took forever for me to habve healthy hair again. Your best bet for going blonde is going to the salon. If you absolutely can't do that, then go to walgreens and get hair bleach and the dye color you want your hair to be...bleach first then use the dye...oh and make sure you get some kind of glaze too, that will help keep your hair looking shiny through all that processing. Good luck!

first off.....peroxide equally GOLD BRASSY NASTY!!!!! red hair is one of the hardest to turn light blonde!!! yes it is cute if u can achieve it. with naturally dark hair -- light blonde will look odd, will not go with ur face colors, and will end up so dry and fried that u will have to wear an extremely short cut......think Eminem!!!!

it might look nice, but peroxide will dry out, break, and make your hair brassy
