Hair under the testicules right by the butt hole i have small amount of hair that has been growing. when i take showers i constantly rub it to clean it and it spreads for some reason. it just keeps going down further...any ideas on how to get rid of it...i could shave it and it will get even more..but i need a new way...that wont bring it back

Wax if you have an incredibly high tolerance for pain, electrolysis if you're neurotic about it; shaving and Nair will do the job - but it will grow back, and is likely to stimulate the hair follicles further.
I would say regular maintenance, but getting rid of it completely is likely not worth the trouble.

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.
Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.
Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Shaving is really the best way. Waxing would prevent some of it from growing back, but I really doubt you can do it yourself, and it would be excruciating.

You are being serious right? they have a really cool way to permanently remove hair now its called laser hair removal. My sister had it done on her arms and face and loves it. :) good luck
