I realise hindsight is 20/20 but one woman actually admitted she almost went to the polie ten years ok. Others talk about his strange behavoir. If they knew something was strange about him why didn't they warn other parents ? Whether or not he killed JOn Bennett this man should still be kept away from children. Don't we owe it to our children to protect them?? I would want to know if someone like him was in contact with my child!!! Wouldn't you???

We do owe it to our children to protect them, that is a big part of being a parent. It is very difficult, with some people who act "different" or "weird" to actually pinpoint what is going on. I have worked with children and adults in the special ed field for years, and have had to deal with some of my clients reporting abuse and there are a great many laws governing accusations and how they are handled from a legal standpoint. Anytime that I have had one of the intuitive type feelings that I have had to report, it has worked out that I have been able to discuss my negative feelings with a social worker or doctor or administrator; because I have some credibility and the powers that be will listen to me a bit more than the average person off of the street. Many people, especially younger people, are not secure enough to go forward and report anything which does not seem "right," as they are scared of what this person could do to them in retaliation. I would want to know if anyone acting in a suspitious manner was in contact with my children and now grandchildren. Most people would, I am sure. Even if this Carr did not kill JonBenet he is definitely a strange character, and seems to have done a lot of unique and unusual things which someone should have been reporting to police or someone else in authority years ago. My skin is crawling just typing this. God help us all living in a world with these mentally unbalanced sick and weird characters. This is not a person who is stricken with a mental illness, and is trying to get help and medical assistance. This is a person who has learned to live inside the illness, and actually make it work for him. UGGH. We can only help each other watch out for our children and families and pray that they remain safe. Have a good night!

Someone like John Mark Karr should not be walking around among adults....and especially not among children! But did he kill JonBenet Ramsey? I really doubt it. I think the killer died 2 months ago.
I hope they put Karr away for a long time, but not for this. Now if the stupid feminist DA can come up with some real proof that he was actually in Colorado in Dec. 1996, some reasonable explanation for how he got into the house (maybe he can walk through walls?), and some real proof that he crushed her skull and strangled her to death, then maybe I'll change my tune. Karr is just some pervert who fantasized about the case so much that in his own mind he really thinks he killed her. The ransom note was in Patsy's handwriting, using her words and phrases. The only open window in the house led to a room where the door was blocked and no one could possibly get in or out. No foreign DNA, fiber evidence, etc....except for the partial strand that was found in her panties that could have come from the factory where they were made. Patsy hid behind lawyers for nearly 10 years. If I'm wrong, may God forgive me. But if I'm right, may God have mercy on Patsy Ramsey.

Wel there are a lot of strange people in this world and if you were told about everyone of them that may come into contact with your child then you would have people telling you all day long..I know where you are going with this and I know it sounds harsh but its becoming harder and harder to be able to protect our children..This world has done to ****..
As for John Mark Carr,I dont know whether or not he did this or not?
The only way its going to be proved is through the DNA left on little JonBenet...I hope someone is found for this crime to give peace to her family!

I feel that they are just to much to blame as Carr, they know that he was strange about him nad instead of speaking up for that little girl and other children they just remained silent. People wonder how a person can hurt a innocent child, but in the back of their mind they know what that person is strange. tell me is that justice.
