Leave it on a shelf with a tightened lid out of the light, or a food pantry. It should keep just fine.

As has been said, honey will not spoil, ever.
Samples of honey interred as funerary gifts in Egyptian tombs has been discovered to still be in perfectly edible condition after several thousand years.
Honey may crystallize over time but that does not affect its wholesomeness. Heating will re-liquefy it.

I agree with all the answers above adding one thing NEVER refrigerate honey, ever. It's best kept near a source of heat like the stove. My dad kept bees when I was young and we still have honey from the hives. Still tastes fresh.

Honey is the only food product that will not spoil. Just keep it in its original container. You don't have to do anything special, honey does it all itself!

I usually just have one small jar at a time, but I put it into an air tight jar, (Mason, or preserve jars are good), and keep it in the cupboard. If it does start to crystallize, just warm it up in the microwave, (minus the lid of course), and it'll liquify again. GL

Honey will not spoil, ever. If it starts to sugar, set it in warm to slightly hot water(still in the jar) and it will return to liquid form.
I store mine at room temperature.

Hone has natural anti-bacteria properties. If it crystallizes, it's still good just heat it to get it syrupy again. Store it on a cool dry shelf.
