The label gives the ingredients, including the percentage of alcohol, which is the only appreciable source of calories; figure the calories in, say, a teaspoon of alcohol, then multiply by the percentage to get your calories.
As for carbs, no if it's a pure extract. Flavorings, on the other hand, may contain sugars.

The base for vanilla extract is alcohol and it states alcohol right on the bottle. Now you tell me...does alcohol have calories or carbs?

imitation extract has more carbs because it is sugar. PURE vanilla extract has alcohol sugars, not real alcohol, so they are easily digested & do not enter the bloodstream to affect glucose levels.
