I marinated a pork tenderloin roast in Italian dressing, will cook that at 20 minutes per pound, and I'm making corn on the cob and mashed potatoes to go with it. For dessert we're having the kids' favorite -- Break 'n Bake Pillsbury cookies -- easy, but fail-proof!
(Please don't think I'm a super cook or trying to sound like super-mom; some Sundays it's macaroni and cheese and grilled ham and cheese sandwiches!)

We are grilling hamburgers outside! Always easy and hardly any mess to clean up. I like to cook a roast in the crockpot on Sundays, too.

CHICKEN MARSALA - In a frying pan, butter (melted) sliced mushrooms (Lots). cook until mushrooms start to soften. In a second frying pan cook Chicken (boneless, cut into pieces or strips and coated with flour) in butter, until edges on all sides start to brown. In first frying pan, add finely diced garlic and a generous amout of Marsala wine to mushrooms and heat vigorously for about two minutes, add chicken from second frying pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce). To finish, add a spritz more Marsala wine (important, to sharpen Marsala flavor) and serve. - ENJOY
