We've been to all of these places on various cruises - Except the Dominican Republic.
Puerto Rico is a good value to fly to. We cruised out of here and stayed the night before at the Old San Juan Hotel and Casino. Very nice - and cost less than $100 per night. Lots of stuff to see...we loved it!
Jamaica is a hell hole! The poverty is so bad...unless you are staying at a Club Med or something try to avoid it. We've been there twice. The shopping is pretty good...and it's probably affordable...but...yuck!
Cuba isn't an option - US citizens can't go!
Bahamas - If you can get a good package, it might be okay. It's better to see this place via a cruise though - or via an All Inclusive Resort.
Instead...I'd suggest Grand Caymen, Bon Aire, St. Thomas or San Maarten. Beautiful, affordable....and really really nice!

Hmm. As far as flying probably Puerto Rico. Since they have alot of flights down there everyday the prices are quite low. You can get roundtrip flights for as low as about 190 or so if you go offseason and book in advance. The thing about Puerto Rico is that the selection of hotels is either all or nothing. If you dont mind staying a budget type hotel, you can get a very good price in SanJuan. However, you might get better value on another Island. Bahamas are similar, cheap flights, but expenisve hotels. Jamaica and Dominica have more expenise flights but you can get better value in your hotel and resorts when you get there.
The bottom line is that if you dont care so much about staying in a nice hotel, P.R is going to the cheapest. I cant comment on Cuba as Americas are not allowed to travel there.

I stay in Virginia and that i myself pick to circulate to Hawaii. Virginia is eye-catching too with the blue ridge mountains, VA capes, the seashores, rivers and our surroundings. i might desire to on no account leave to stay someplace else yet i might certainly circulate to Hawaii nevertheless. it somewhat is residing house nevertheless I dream of being on the coastline in Hawaii

A cruise to the Bahama's is probably going to be the cheapest....that's if you wanna do a cruise.

Jamaica because the people are cool.. they might even offer you place to stay...
