I remember when Chris Tucker said Clinton was an honorary black man and everyone was cool with that. Wonder if Fox told Bush that he was an honorary Mexican ?? If so then the answer to your question would be Heck Yes !!

Considering Clinton the first balck president is ridiculous, and simple partisan her-worship. If someone like Condoleeza Rice or Colin Powell (both republicans) were president, a lot of people would say that they are "not really black" just because they are republicans

This is directed to the moronic poster "me." What is wrong with you? Did you get a head injury doing your skateboarding and snowboarding? Keep your racist comments to your peroxide headed self.

Bush is not the first Mexican President. Name one thing he has done for Mexicans. His brother Jeb is married to a Mexican woman but that is the extent of it.

When the going got tough with the war in Iraq, he threw the Mexicans under the bus with immigration. He is far from being a friend to the Mexican population.

It depended who Clinton was speaking to:
He was Jewish when speaking to Jews.
He was Black when speaking to Blacks.
He was Mexican when speaking to Mexicans.
And he didn't even have his accent when speaking to the rich elite Democrats in the North East who look down on the rest of the country.
Clinton outsmarted the fools of all races.

Why are you insulting our neighbors to the south by calling our president a mexican. Of course he did sneak into the white house in 2000 and 2004 so he is there illegally.

Clinton got this moniker, no pun intended, because he played the race card, just like his predecessor and fellow hypocrite, JFK. President Bush has done more for black Americans than both of them put together.
