Considering Clinton the first balck president is ridiculous, and simple partisan her-worship. If someone like Condoleeza Rice or Colin Powell (both republicans) were president, a lot of people would say that they are "not really black" just because they are republicans

Bush is not the first Mexican President. Name one thing he has done for Mexicans. His brother Jeb is married to a Mexican woman but that is the extent of it.
When the going got tough with the war in Iraq, he threw the Mexicans under the bus with immigration. He is far from being a friend to the Mexican population.
