the best translation in English I could think of is scold.

I believe that you are from Macedonia so, maybe you will understand an explanation in Serbian .
it means žena sklona svađi, zakeralo.

hope it helps but feel free to contact me if you need a better explanation. I don't speek Macedonian but I can understand it, I believe that it could be translated as кавгаќика on Macedonian.
