I need to see a full view of the engine in a 1996 crown victoria 4.6 liter engine with a police package interceptor

They look just like any other 4.6. The only big difference is an oil cooler on the motor.It comes off the oil filter adapter and goes to the radaitor. But to show a pic of that would be hard due to where it is located. The PCM is what gives it its power.

and why? It looks just like a regular crown victoria under the hood.... Mainly the intake is different (off a mustang for that year if I remember) and a bit better flowing exhaust but pretty much the same engine/transmission

Sorry I don't have pictures, but their isn't anything special about them other than the pretty much hidden stuff.. no superchargers or custom intake work...

Only thing different is the police package has an oil cooler
