You can masterbate as often as you like with no harm.

Growing up I did at least 3 times a day.

Now my wife and I do it at least twice. Sometimes I still get horny when she's at work and masterbate. So some days I get off 4 times or more.

Masterbate often. It feels good and it's good for you.
