take your Raid spray with you to work and at the end of the day do a few sprays on the carpet around where you work. Then leave for the day. Some work places are pet friendly and the fleas stay.
Do you have pets at home? You could spray like under your bed with Raid before you leave in the morning (so it will air out by the time you return home). Keep your pet out of the bedroom during that time. If you think it might be mosquitoes and you sleep with the window open, then spray the screen (wipe it afterward if you have a pet around).

A flea bite is very itchy, is small, raised and red. Flea bites are usually in warm locations such as under waist bands, bras or other warm areas of the body. Or can be on arms, legs, neck, head, behind the ears...
A mosquito bite is very itchy, is larger than a flea bite, raised and red. Rubbing alcohol dabbed on the bite will make it stop itching.
Fleas and mosquitos bite to suck blood. Spiders bite to eat and their venom breaks down and liquefies tissue so that they can swallow it easily.
Spider bites are usually not one little bite but several bites in the same location, are painful and if poisonous produce numerous other symptoms such as fevers, aches, and tissue damage. Spider bites can be limb or life threatening and require medical attention.

Spider bites usually hurt more, ache instead of itch, and look more angry & bruised, and feel warm/hot to the touch. If it looks infected or continues to spread get to a doctor.
