Okay, I was curious as to what Christians thought about this. By the way, as Muslims, we believe in Jesus, Moses, David and all those Prophets, we also believe that Muhammad was the last and final messenger, peace be upon them all.
Ok, firstly, "Paran" is a biblical name for the part of Arabia called Hejaz where prophet Muhammad [pbuh] was born. When prophet Ishmael and his mother were driven out by Sarah; they settled in the "Wilderness of Paran" (Genesis, 21:21).
Look at the following Verse: "And he said, The LORD came from Si'-nai, and rose up from Se'-ir unto them; he shined forth from mount Pa'-ran [Mecca in Arabic], and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them. (The King James Version Bible, Deuteronomy 33:2)"
When the Prophet and the Muslims re-entered Mecca, they entered and took it over (without shedding blood) with exactly 10,000 fighters. Also, the thing that Islam is known is for is its structured set of law for living.

Islam and Judaism do have a link but the division comes "I Believe" because Satan has played the sibling rivalry card and tricked Ishmael into into hating his brother Isaac. This hatred has continued through the blood lines to Muhammad and so on to the Islamic faith.

The Bible does not prophecy about Muhammad.

Deuteronomy 33:2 is referring to God dealing with Israel. God gave Israel the law.

Also the verse is saying ten thousands (plural, not exactly 10,000) whereas you are saying that Muslims took Mecca with exactly 10,000. The two numbers are different.

Also, Deut 33:2 says that he came forth FROM Paran; whereas you are stating that the Muslims went TO Paran (if Paran = Mecca -- which is claimed, but not proved).

Cordially,
John

You're way off here. First of all, Paran is in the Sinai Peninsula, starting at Kadesh Barnea, which is south of Israel. Secondly, this prophecy has nothing to do with Muhammed. Why do you think that it does?

We Christians do not see Jesus as a prophet, but as the Son of God who died for the sins of all people. You sound like you have a good knowledge of what you believe, so I will tell it to you straight: Jesus paid the debt of sin, therefore we don't earn our salvation, but we receive it as a gift from God. When you receive that gift, he will also give you his Holy Spirit which will control your life and that's what's going to make you change your actions (not your own self). Thanks for sharing.

If jewish beleived in Jesus (pbuh) prophecy, they would follow him and convert to chrestianity. However, christians beleive in Moses (pbuh) as they knew about Moses prophecy because of chronology of events.

As well, if christians beleived in Muhammed (pbuh) prophecy, they would followed him and convert to Islam. However, we (muslims) beleive in Moses and Jesus (pbut) as we knew about their prophecy for the same reason.

We as Christians are not deceived by this nonsense that Muslims believe Jesus:

Muslims claim Jesus was a prophet but reject all His teachings ..
They reject His divinity;
they reject his claim to be the Son of God;
they reject his death on the cross;
they reject His ressurrection..
They reject Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
Need I say more...?
Don't be deceived the Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ

And do you have any sensible reason for believing that Muhammad was the last prophet? Even if M. himself proclaimed it, he would not know what the future would hold.
