If he says he doesn't want his girlfriend anymore, breaks up with her, and then actually does take the steps to get an apartment with you, then yes it's real. If all he does is talk about what he wants to do, but never takes any actions to do it, then it is fake and he's a liar.

He is just using you for whatever his girl can't give him.I been through the some thing last summer.Where the man told me that he had a g/f but it was over.Wanted to start a relationship and to get our own place.I quickly found out from his girl that they were engaged.Moral of my story to you,dump him quickly before his g/f finds out.Get yourself a man that has no excess baggage.This guy sounds like he's confused and doesn't know who he wants to be with.Get rid of him.

my friend is in the same problem shes wit someone who just had a baby with his ex girlfriend who he still lives with n now she pregnant to. Its a tough situation but as long as he does move out n dosnt contact his ex id say ok but if he cant break the ties with her then it doesnt look goog. He may do the same thing to you as hes i doing to her. Just be careful n dont fall in love to fast.
