This type of information is easy to find. I just found it on the net a few minutes ago. But bullying, mean, sadistic, narrow-minded parents don't care to look it up. They enjoy hitting their kids.

If you think about it, any good management course, as well as your most respected & productive management staff, use positive reinforcement methods to get their downline to motivate effectively & efficiently...they don't go around smacking you in the face, or on the butt, or start swinging a belt, now do they?

Parenting is very much one of the most important & challenging human mgmt. jobs there is...you are creators of other people's foundations in life...why would anyone think that beating down, demeaning responses to unwise behaviors is the "best" way to accomplish such a position's goals????

To me there is a difference between giving a child a good old fashioned spanking and corporal punishment. Why does any government want to get involved in the raising of children or do they want renegades and criminals. Parents should not beat their children but spanking is what god has ordained. Have you ever heard spare the rod spoil the child? It has alot of truth to it.

yes i know it I am in one of those lands, but come from the Uk. the kids over here are having a easy time in most cases, but I know some who still get a spank here and there. But never in public never seen it. I think there should be a limit also in the Uk as abuse is to much there with over beating.

Well that certainly proves it.

Corporal punishment is a major pain in a general way. Now, your point is what?

Did you know that it is illegal to become a Christian in dozens of countries? Did you know that pot is legal in many countries? Did you know that in some parts of the world they actually drive on the left side of the road? So what does that mean?

Firstly, I doubt it. I'm pretty certain Germany isn't.

In any case it is totally ignored by all responsible parents. It is a system put forward by left wing academics and anarchists as a means of destroying society.

Nope, did not know that.

Do the laws actually say no corporal punishment or do they outline what is/isnt allowed?

Really want to know. Do you have the legal references, so that someone could check them out?

People will take you seriously only when you can back it up with fact. Until then it is not much more than opinion. If you want people to believe what you are saying show proof.
