I have a little like, red bump or something on my upper lip and I am wondering if it is acne (because I am 15) or something else. What are the possibilities and is it irregular? IT IS WEIRD.

You could but how you described it.. it sounds like its a cold sore. Try carmex to heal it up quick. You can get it from walgreens for a dollar

Most likely it is a cold sore, but there is a possibility that it is acne.

mmhmm. u sure can. my friend Brittany had it once. just wash it with neutrogena acne wash, but don't swallow it if it accidentally gets inside your mouth. no, it's not irregular. people get acne on their lips ALL the time.

Unless you've been giving head, its probably just a cold sore/fever blister. Buy some abreva, it really helps.
