my car sucks and i can spend alot of money either, just enougt, cincy is too far and dayton is kinda hard to get to

Ask the salons in your area where the salons are that cater to black hair....there may even be stylists who are good with black hair even though they are white. Some of us white girls have difficult hair too. Good Luck

surely it isn't a total ghost town! (never mind, you like in Ohio...)
anyway, there are white hairstylists out there who are trained to work with black hair- (some even prefer it!). call every salon in town and ask if there is anyone on staff who has experience in styling black hair.
if there is no one in your area, well, why don't you call around to black hair salons outside of your area and ask to speak to the owner. let them know that your area is an untapped market- maybe they would be interested in opening a salon in your area!
if none of this works, save up and make a trip to dayton and get a low maintenence hairstyle that will last you several months. in between appointments, keep your hair pretty with VO5 hot oil treatments and trim your own split ends (or get a friend to do it).

There's gotta be someone in your town that has experience with black hair. Even if they aren't neccessarily of colour, that doesn't mean that they won't do a good job. Just keep looking, and when you find someone that is really good, stick with them. Good luck! =D

who cares if u live in a white town and your black. it jsut means u like the neighborhood and plz coming on here go for a ride and search or ask friends!!!!

what difference does that make. none. go to one and have your hair done. they want your money as bad as the next salon
