No. Your best bet is dark chocolate. There is no fat in marshmallows, but the sugar content is astronomical. Dark chocolate tastes good, has less sugar and has antioxidants that are good for you. What I do is get a bag of the special dark minis and freeze it. If I need a sweet fix, I eat one or two.

Most are fat free, but they're not calorie free, so it's not a license to eat as many as you want.
Better to have a small amount of the real thing that you crave (like good chocolate - get a Godiva truffle instead of the king size Hershey bar.) than a lot of something you don't love.
My policy on stuff like this? If I don't LOVE it, why waste the calories?

Healthy??? They are sugar and gelatine, so not at all healthy. Try grapes. Boring, but a diet isn't supposed to be fun. Eat a little bit of chocolate every now and then, don't punish yourself.

yes they probably are fat free, but they are nothing but corn syrup or other hardcore sugars and TONS of chemicals. Stick with chocolate. Eat less of it, make it a REAL treat.

I don't think any food is truly "fat free". The only thing you're close to safe with is water and even still, you'll gain water weight. Life and diets suck, you just have to accept it.
