you are assuming that all guys like big boobs. My guy likes the smaller, perkier variety. (unfortunately for me, as i'm well-endowed) So, tip her based on her service and personality.
There's a really great Hooter's girl here locally that I have heard some patrons like her because she's very freckly. I guess freckled cleavage is just the thing for some guys.
Small bosoms, big bosoms. Really, isn't life better because we have them? I'm thinking you should expand your enjoyment of bosoms big and small...and let her know that you appreciate her friendliness, and her scant cleavage.
