K, I'm not a guy, but you can just ask her if you can buy her a drink. (assuming you can buy her a drink) If she's cool, she'll hang out & talk. If she's not she'll split w/ the drink.

make eye contact from across the room and ensure interest, then approach casually, discretly pretending to show interest in something else such as the bar but walk directly to the girl. Then I would turn to her, and tell her what it was that made me notice her when I saw her and ask her to dance, discuss something, or if I could buy her a drink. Being that the club is noisy most of this conversation is done with my lips brushing her ears and much waving of the hands!

Make eye contact. It's always a guaranteed winner! Then try and beckon her over with a kinda of nod of your head, preferably to somewhere quieter.
