Hi

In the first century, the apostles of Jesus Christ were called before the Jewish leaders in Jerusalem and commanded to stop preaching in Jesus’ name. How did they react? Jesus had commissioned them to make disciples in all nations, which would include Judea. He had also told them to be his witnesses in Jerusalem as well as in the rest of the world. (Matthew 28:19, 20; Acts 1:8) The apostles knew that Jesus’ commands represented God’s will for them. (John 5:30; 8:28) Hence, they said: “We must obey God as ruler rather than men.”—Acts 4:19, 20; 5:29.

The apostles were not being rebellious. (Proverbs 24:21) Still, when human rulers forbade them to do God’s will, they could only say, ‘We must obey God, not man.’ Jesus said that we should “pay back Caesar’s things to Caesar, but God’s things to God.” (Mark 12:17) If we disobey a divine command because a human tells us to, we are giving to man what belongs to God. Instead, we pay back everything we owe to Caesar (human authorities, goverments etc.), but we recognize Jehovah’s supreme authority. He is the Universal Sovereign, the Creator, the very Source of authority.—Revelation 4:11.

The apostles were law-abiding men who would not normally disobey a court order. However, no human, no matter how powerful, is authorized to order another to disobey one of God’s commands. Jehovah is “the Most High over all the earth.” (Psalm 83:18) Not only is he “the Judge of all the earth” but he is also the Supreme Lawgiver, as well as the King of eternity. Any court order that attempts to override one of God’s commands is invalid from God’s standpoint.—Genesis 18:25; Isaiah 33:22.

This fact has been acknowledged by some of the finest legal minds. For example, the noted 18th-century English jurist William Blackstone wrote that no human law should be allowed to contradict “the law of revelation” as found in the Bible. Thus, the Sanhedrin crossed the line when it ordered the apostles to stop preaching. The apostles simply could not comply with that order.

So to sum it up, although we have to obey those who have authority over us, it is all relative and god is ultimately the only one who should be obeyed. Frax.

The Bible deals with this via the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in Daniel chapter 3 and Daniel in Daniel chapter 6. Refusing to worship idols and pray to the king was the law they refused. So as best as I recall the only instance of disobeying laws that God supports is laws requiring worship of other beings than God.

Where do you think God's law has come from? Isn't it that it has been said by a man?
I believe God's law is in your mind. Everybody, in the very deep of his/her heart knows what is right and what is wrong. That is God's law, and you know what? Man's law has always leaves some gates to escape from it! If something you know is not right, you just escape!

as with most of mans laws they do break the laws of the ten comandments, like Thou shal not kill .ln a court of law a man (judge) can sentence another to death. This probably why the comandments and the christian flag were removed from the court room.God also said not to judge for you will be judged how you judge others, right? So then ajudge should also be sent to death, for this reason,Right?

Well since the Christian Bible has laws (presumably Gods laws) in it which require you to stone women who engage in extramarital affairs, my best advice to you is if you think that there is going to be a serious uptick in fundamental Christianity then you would do well to invest in a rock quarry.

I think you already know the answer to this question.
It is never right to put man's law above God's law.

Jesus is the only way, we don't worship anything else.

The antichrist will probably say he is Christ, or God, and the people that don't really know the truth will fall for that lie and wind up in the lake of fire.

If democracy and science were to replace religion-- you might finally achieve peace, equality and justice on earth.

Starting thinking in new ways! The old ways are killing too many people.

it is not conflicted. God grow to be telling them so as that there have been greater human beings interior the Earth. whether, what Paul is speaking approximately is the certainty that when Christians get married, they are able to be distracted from the call from God - to do His venture artwork. whether it would not end there! Paul would not say "never GET MARRIED" he pronounced, "some human beings, it is greater useful in the event that they are no longer getting married, yet once you think of God needs you to get married, GET MARRIED!!!" (unfastened translation.) so we are able to nevertheless be fruitful and multiply. no contradiction in any respect.
