if you can find a large enough one, you can use a pressure cooker. i do it all the time, although I don't use a 15lb. brisket. also if you are looking for pressure cookers, try to find what's called a frymaster. it's shorter than most pressure cookers but it has a much larger surface area. you can find them on ebay. they're antiques. but it cuts the cooking time down to absolute minimum. hope it helps.

Use a pressure cooker. Add lots of carrots, onions, celery, a few bay leaves, some peppercorns, a dash of apple juice. Pressure cook according to directions for beef roast.

I always use my large " slow cooking crock pot." Put it on low the night befor. You just can't rush a good meal.

MARINATE IT OVER NITE IN VINEGAR AND DONT WORRY IT WILL NOT HAVE THE VINEGAR TASTE AND IT WILL BE MUCH TENDER AND EASIER AND QUICK TO COOK ON THE GRILL OR OVEN
