There is no best way, that's an incrediably unhealthy goal that's doomed for failure... 10 lbs a month is the best you should shoot for no matter what!

Don't attempt it. It is an unhealthy amount of weight to lose in 3 months. At most, weight loss should be between 1 to 2 pounds per week.

Exercise and the Atkins diet. Stay as close as you can to 0 carbs daily. Pretty much eat Eggs, any meat you want, and cheese. You can eat as much of these "free foods" as you want. You can also have one small salad a day. Nothing but lettuce and a low carb dressing. Such as blue cheese. You can buy at a store these strips you pee on to monitor your carb intake. They are called KETOCARE. Pick the same time each day to test yourself, try to stay in the purple, the darker the purple the better. Good luck- this diet is really hard but it does work if you can be disciplined. My mother lost 80 in 4 months!!

My mother did that & she is NOW in the HOSPITAL for dehydration & malnutrition among other things!
YOU should ONLY lose about 10lbs of weight per month! NO MORE or your body goes into shock!

if youre trying to look like the people on tv u should know, everyone doesnt look like that, u should check your bmi, u might be in that bad of shape, and if u already excersise alot then muscle mass weighs more than fat, just takes up less space. i would know, im a teen so i just went thru the self-esteem, life sux, phase

Plenty of exercise, drink lots of water. And i really reccomend nutraslim tea- 1 cup a day.
