Hamburger Baked Bean Casserole is delicious. You take a pound of hamburger and brown it with a medium onion (or onion powder) and garlic powder (sprinkle over it until white) and 1 tablespoon of Worchestershire sauce. Then you put a a couple cans of pork n beans in a casserole dish, add your pound of browned hamburger (drained), a cup of brown sugar, a cup of ketchup and another tablespoon of Worchestershire Sauce. Mix it all up and bake it at around 350 or 375 for 30-45 minutes. I always get alot of compliments on this.

"taco salad" is always a big turn over as a side dish.. brown and drain a pound or 2 of hamburgar.. one package of el paso taco seasoning.. mix water with seasoning an add 2 cooked hamburgar..simmer and let cool.. cut or tear a part a head of lettuce, tomatoes, sliced black olives, one onion, a half of green and a half of red peper chopped... maybe 2 cups of karft taco chesse or sharp chedder.. a 16 oz. bottle of sweet and spicy french dressing.. might not need the whole bottle.. do not add dressing till food is about 2 be served.. also add broken up nacho chesse chips as your adding the dressing.. ( whispers some people like it with Italian dressing, but not me ) "do not give this recipe 2 anyone" , its a secret... hahahaa.. enjoy yourself on that day...

Cucumber salad-delicious German dish-easy to make and refreshing to eat.
Pickling cucumbers, washed and sliced shortways
Add buttermilk, sour cream, and cottage cheese to taste.
Diced onions, salt and pepper.
Make as much as your bowl will hold. No measurements, just add ingredients until it tastes good.

Pot brownies. They always are a hit and you can play a game out of figuring out who ate them by how they act. Don't let anyone see you bring them in or you will be hung.
