Video In Video Out, meaning you can send video out to a TV, vcr, or any other destination, and you can also do Video In, meaning you can connect cable, directv, playstation or any other video source into the graphics card.

Most graphics cards don't have a Video In. So if it is not VIVO, there is not a video in option.

VIVO = Video In Video Out. Means u can record through it and connect tv set to it
