So, there is this guy taht I met like 2 years ago, and he acts realllly wierd, I really dont get him. So he will call and we will talk and go out, and then he will just not call me again, and 5 months later, will call again, and we will talk/go out, and then the same thing over and over again, for the past 2-2.5 years, when we are together, he acts REALLY into me, so I'm very confused, what the hell does this guy want--and its no sex, cause we haven't even kissed yet--he doesnt make the move.

I would say he just sees you as a good friend, but I can't explain him not contacting you for months. Have you tried contacting him during these gaps?
