Not sure if this is the best way but 2 out of the three times that I have been pregnant I started birth control pills. After the 5th day I didn't and within a month I was pregnant both times. My first pregnancy was unexpected. Hate to admit it but the 2nd and 3rd were planned secretly with the method I said before. But we do love our kids. Same dad for all 3. he just didn't want any more because he already had 2 with a previous marriage.

From good advice I've collected through various sources:
Wait like 2-3 days in between each time you have sex, overdoing it is like reusing a tea bag (the TV show ER)
You're more likely to conceive if you have an orgasm so if you don't always get there (not knocking on your husband's abilities) have him get you off via oral or by using a toy or his fingers prior to doing the deed, that way, it's sure to get done. (Part advice from my husband's best man *much experience* and part information from the TV show FRIENDS (the one where monica and chandler are doin' it in the closet at the hospital))
Get into a position in which he can penetrate you deeper, like doggy style or with you on your side, and him strattling one leg, and the other is up by his shoulder. Have him ejaculate on his inward thrust so his little troopers are as close to their goal as possible. (One of the answers from one of my questions)
Put a pillow under your butt right afterwards, so little spills out and the little soldiers don't have to fight the natural downward flow, they can swim up easier. (One of the answers from one of my questions)
It may sound weird and gross, but I guess it is advice from a doctor. Have him spit a mouthful of warm water into you right afterwards. I guess it get's 'em there faster or easier. (One of the answers from one of my questions....It was their Dr. who told them this, and he said it worked for his wife.)
10 days after your period is the "prime time"
Try not to let the "baby fever" overtake you, it takes normal functioning people who are reproductively healthy years sometimes to concieve.
Never make "a baby" the "reason" you and your husband make love...when it is the right time, it will happen, just make love and if you get pregnant, yay, if not, trying is sooooo fun!
Good luck, and I hope this helps.

Buy books on the topic, take your temperature each morning, and then, even when you don't believe you are fertile, have sex anyway, because, the more often you do, the better your chances! Good luck.

just relax and let nature takes it's course. If you try to hard it will never happen. RELAX....keep the stress levels down....and enjoy!
