YES! Water bottles can grow bacteria. If you are going to reuse a water bottle more than 2-3 times, wash it out a little bit of bleach and then wash the bottle again-REALLY WELL-to get rid of bleach. A person I worked with once got an intestinal parasite from drinking out of a water bottle he constantly reused without washing.

they can be many times but please be sure to wash them out between uses. My husband has class C water license and it is mind boggling the bacteria that can live in water.

Yes. They are not made for that. You can get away with once or twice, especially if you don't put them in the freezer.

YES THEY TEND TO HOLD ONTO BACTERIA SO AFTER A FEW TIMES I WOULD GET A FRESH ONE

no, I just heard that you have to rinse the "tips" well
and make sure they are clean, I use mine over and over.

i would think that if you wash them and rinse them and don't freeze them they would be okay.
