Yes, it is possible, but unlikely.
Sperm can live in for many hours outside the human body, and for up to 3 days inside it. If there is sperm on your hand and you introduce it to the vagina whilst alive, you can become pregnant.

A longshot but if she gets some sperm on her fingers and puts those fingers in her vagina, the little swimmers may swim their way up. Again you have to be doing that when she ovulating.
Why not bonk her the normal way (penis in vagina) if you two want a baby?

I doubt it. Regardless of how many sperm are contained in semen, the environment, temperature and pH play a vital role in their success. It's not smart for her to do that, because there is always a possibility. It sounds like you guys are trying to avoid sex, but you continue to play around. Be careful. Be safe.

I think the tadpoles in the *** die after they're exposed like that. Internally, they live for a few days, but after that, they're gone.
I don't think it's possible.

it is possible but improbable - sperm can live for up to 10 hours, I believe but she'd have to be driving it deep and it would be missing the volume needed for transportation

Once air hits sperm its no longer fertile, so no. You shouldent be doing things if your not sure of the outcome.
