Well she needs to control the amount of oil in take she has daily. No fried food, fizzy drinks, dairy or chocolate should be consumed. I know it sounds like a life without fun but you'd be losing out all your hair real soon if you stick to this diet. Drink plenty of water, eat fruits and green leafy vegetables. Wash your hair daily with a mild shampoo, Johnson's baby shampoo is just fine and as a conditioner apply the juice of two limes with their rind whizzed in a blender so to make a paste to your hair (twice a week only). Leave in for 3 minutes and rinse out like you would any normal conditioner. If you can and if you know what this is apply henna mixed with lime juice and tea water so to make a medium paste. Before applying this oil your hair with coconut oil to avoid coloring your hair and then apply this paste. Leave in for 1 hour and wash with your normal shampoo dont use conditioner once you use this.

Hay doll,
I always wanted thin hair as I too had the hell curly thick mop. Now through stressing out and over processing it, it has become really thin and wavy. Don't buy any of those hair growing shampoo's. They don't work! The best thing I have done is take multi vitamins and don't stress. As for grey hair, its hereditary. Got a mate who was fully grey at 18. Some birth control pills can cause or help with oily scalp. Good luck helping out your cuz

wash her hair more often*twice a day*, and maybe conditioning every other day *or skip it all together*. Use dandruff shampoo. Dun worry about the greys, some people just tend to have them early.
