Israel does not carry nuclear tests on its soil, because the whole Middle East is as big as twice the Iowa, and any nuclear fart in Israel, would destroy israel first.
Israel has got all its research and nuclear technology done in the US where dumb idiot patriots think the nuclear power is the real power. American tax payers are financing all this machines of destruction exported to israel, so it can be closer to oil fields of the Gulf.
You dont have to wake up and have a life. Those above respondents to your question have to, and they'd better go to school first, so they can locate Israel on a map.

Israeli nukes are considered to be an open secret, described by Mordecai Vanunu, and tested (it is widely believed) in the South Atlantic or Indian oceans.

The kidnapped soldiers are known to be real (except to Israel-hating Jew-hating whacko Arab conspiracy theorists). Their information has been made widely known to anyone who uses honest news media. That Israel's current incompetent Olmert government is not working harder to save them says more about the government than about the soldiers.
