just give her attention, ask her to do something with her but not like "lets go to dinner" just anything might work, atleast they will know that your catching onto them, don't ask them everyday, go slow

be yourself, girls like nice, confident, and honest guys. be friendly to her and help her with things and talk to her nicely and dont be nervous while you're talking. be sensitive and listen to her and act like you really care about her. one thing not to do...>try to be cool, and be all pimpin, that will totally turn her off
