my girlfriend had sent me an email saying, "Hey look i like u n every thing but it aint workin out." What does this mean. I still have feelings for her. what do I do to try to keep her?

Cut your losses and move on. Be glad it's ending now as opposed to farther down the road, when she has accrued more reasons to hate your guts.
