Its layered and it's like 3 inches below my ears...what hair styles can i do?

Part your hair all crazy/zigzag. Use some clips to pull it away from your face or to the side. Slick it back.

Either you go short or let it grow out. Short hair is really an ideal haircut and easy to fix. The haircut is always the foundation of a good style.

buy a couple packs of hair from the beauty supply store and get braids...but if thats not ur'e style and u want to grow ur'e hair out cuz u dont want the short hair anymore than buy a few hair-pieces and wear those till ure hair gets a lenght u like

If you know someone who can French braid really well, you can wash it and have him/her do 2 braids while it's still wet. It'll be a little messy, but you can use gel.
Or you can straighten it.

make it punky, spikey, curley, straight. Highlight it and chunk it.
Make it different every day until you find the perfect look 4 u.

get a perm and dye it brown with highlights and clip the bangs to the side with a cute clip
