First of all, any pup you get would HAVE to be at LEAST 6 -10 weeks old. MOnth old puppies belong with their mother and are with her ideally until 8-10 weeks. Secondly, finding a free purebred and a hard to find one at that, is almost impossible; especially as a puppy. If you want a coton de tulear, then save your money, do breed research and find a reptuable breeder. Be sure you have enough money to pay for vetting and any medical emergencies a puppy can encounter. Breed rescues are a great resource too but being a rescuer myself, we have VERY high standards for our pets and expect their new homes to exhibit those same high standards and abide by them :) We just want the best for our babies!

It's almost impossible to find free purebred dogs. If you are willing to pay a small amount, you might try contacting the breed rescue organization. They have lots of adults available for a small adoption fee, but puppies are pretty rare. You also might try checking the local classified ad section. Sometimes they have "free to good home" ads, and who knows? You might get lucky and find the breed you want.
Hope this helps!

Coton de tulears are rare and expensive. You may want to try to find something similar instead?

If you want a free dog, can you afford the medical expenses? Dogs are not cheap, especially pure breds. For a cheaper one, try a rescue group or shelter, but they still charge an adoption fee to cover medical expenses. And when you want something for free, you cannot be so picky and want an expensive breed of dog!

Good Luck. I highly doubt you will find one of this breed for free. They are supposed to be pretty rare, thus driving up their value. The above link may help out though.
